The bulletproof vest is intended primarily for the next generation of games and similar projects and utilizes technologies that haven't been actively applied to such projects yet. It was rendered using Unreal Engine 5. Substance Modeller tile textures were used to achieve realism and maintain image quality around the object, where texture resolution is crucial. They are stacked over the main layers and through a second special UV map. The shader simulates painting or printing on the fabric's surface by affecting the channel of the main color with the tile textures. The same applies to the roughness channel.
